Dale Schneck is primarily a writer and manager of actors for work in film and television. He has also acted in TV commercials and episodic series. He co-wrote and exec produced the feature horror film "MASKED MUTILATOR" which is currently streaming on Prime Video Screambox, Tubi and YouTube Movies. Severin Films (L.A. and London) and Intervision Pictures acquired the North American film rights from Schneck's company Dale Schneck Entertainment Development, LLC in 2019 with Blu-rays and DVDs of the film available on Amazon.com.
Schneck has had his original screenplays optioned by major production companies. His writing talents also include his first novel, "RIPPED JEANS, BRUISED HEARTS" available in paperback and eBook on Amazon.com. Schneck is working on a second novel and a nonfiction book for publication in late 2025.
Schneck is also developing projects for two sitcoms as well as writing screenplays primarily in the thriller/horror genres. The creator of the comic characters known as The Fartleys, Schneck has written and portrayed them in a series of short YouTube videos. He is also creating and writing a sitcom based on The Fartleys.
Screenwriter and producer Dale Schneck was contracted in 2022 to write the pilot episode for a projected scripted series titled "Blood Hunter: Thirst and Rage" for Canadian production company Nicholson Productions.
Along with TV personality Steve Mittman, Schneck has created a reality series titled “Final Grade,” capturing the emotional reunions of teachers with their former students.
Schneck has had a varied career both in entertainment and education. In addition to being a high school English, French and journalism teacher for 27 years, he was the full-time FILM CRITIC for The Call-Chronicle Newspapers in PA's 3rd largest metro market for 8 years. Many of Schneck's feature articles about Hollywood stars and the film industry have been syndicated worldwide by The Los Angeles Times Syndicate.
